Raspberry Pi Alienware Case

UPDATE: 12/9/2019 Rev 2 - Lowered RPi and added cutout in shell for USB power cables Raspberry Pi enclosure inspired by Alienware Predator PC case from 2003. Tested with RPI 3 and 4 models. I'm using a 90-degree USB adapter for power supply. To print the shell without supports, use the FDM optimized file and allow single perimeter walls settings for the base plate. Used one M2.5 brass insert and an M2.5 flat head screw to fasten the shell to the case: McMaster part number 94180A321. Thread-forming screws for plastic are used to fasten RPi to tray, which can be purchased at McMaster under part number 96817A212. The grill is printed with a lot of supports, requiring approximately 2.5 hours to complete and mostly consisting of support material.
