This comprehensive remake fills a void where a Crestron unit previously resided in a wall, controlling an overhead projector as well as speakers for three conference rooms. A Raspberry Pi drives an HDMI CEC Python app that integrates seamlessly with a Tkinter GUI, empowering users to effortlessly switch on and off TVs and alter the current HDMI input at will. The system also accommodates a potentiometer, allowing for intuitive volume control. Shown in the images are all components utilized in this project. Although the Python app is not included here, it can be provided upon request. The angled HDMI adapter and potentiometer are optional features; however, please note that the potentiometer and mounting holes will need to be drilled out by you, as they depend on your specific requirements.
