Raspberry Pi A+ Stand

Raspberry Pi A+ Stand

thingiverse

This is a Raspberry Pi A+ Stand. It's inspired by the Adafruit Stand for the Pi Zero (https://learn.adafruit.com/raspberry-pi-zero-stand/), but with several key changes. The height where the Pi is screwed in is notably higher. This adjustment aims to prevent the stand from tipping over when a hat is added, as was often the case with the Pi Zero version. The screw holes are designed to be compatible with both A+ and Pimoroni Black Hat Hacker hats, allowing for versatility in usage. While it's possible to use a regular Pi on this stand, the USB ports would be located to one side, which isn't a major concern. The cable management hole is positioned slightly higher than its counterpart in the Pi Zero version. This change seeks to accommodate stiff cables and prevent them from causing the stand to lift off the table, ensuring a more stable setup and better cable bendability.
