Raspberry Pi A+ PiFi DAC Enclosure
thingiverse
Case for a Raspberry Pi A+ and PiFI DAC+ 2.0. I've made all clearances tight, so there shouldn't be any issue with the Raspberry Pi itself, but you may need to adjust the hole placement in the FreeCAD file for your DAC. Getting the SD card out can be tricky if you're using a Pi 3 A+, and it's usually done with tweezers. I used 11mm M3 standoffs between the Pi and the DAC, 10mm M3 cap screws through the base, and about 14mm M3 cap screw between the RCA jacks. If you decide to use M3 screws through the base, you'll need to drill out the mounting holes in the Raspberry Pi board to 3mm. I successfully threaded a M3 tap through the mounting hole between the RCA jacks for the screw and was able to tighten it quite firmly. It's easier to put the boards into the case without the base attached to them.
