Raspberry Pi A Juice4Halt Case

I designed this case to put a Raspberry Pi in my car, along with a Juice4Halt UPS that gives the Pi several seconds to shut down gracefully to avoid corrupting the SD card. There's enough space for a tiny WiFi adapter or USB flash drive (specifically I'm using a TP-Link Nano USB WiFi Adapter AC600 with less than a millimeter to spare, the one in the image is an old Edimax EW-7811Un WiFi adapter).

The Pi and UPS are placed on nubs instead of screwed on, whilst the case lid holds them down with those protrusions to prevent them from moving around. There is still some play (they'll rattle when shaken) so you'll want to use some thin washers or a cut up rubber band to stop the rattling.

The Juice4Halt UPS I got is the 12 volt version since this is going in my car. To make this easily removable I added a 7.5 mm diameter hole for a 3.5x1.3mm DC power jack that I got off Amazon: RLECS 12pcs 2 Pin DC Power Female Jack Socket Panel Mount with Hex Nut

This case design avoids needing tiny screws to screw on the Pi and UPS into the plastic (I couldn't find self-tapping screws that small). Instead the only screws you'll need are four typical fan screws used to install case fans in computers.
