Raspberry PI 7" screen mounts
thingiverse
I designed custom parts specifically to facilitate mounting an Official Raspberry PI 7 Inch touchscreen onto a standard electronics enclosure. The chosen enclosure measures 6" x 8", providing ample space for the screen's integration. Each part is precision-cut to be 5.375 inches in length, crafted to securely fasten the screen to the exterior of the box while tightening the screws compresses the plastic, thereby securing the display in place tightly. While I opted not to incorporate foam inserts between the screen and enclosure, there should be sufficient flexibility within the design to accommodate such an addition if desired. Furthermore, a lower section was included in the design to ensure clear passage for the USB cable, particularly when powering the RPI through it.
