Here is a summary of how to create an official Raspberry Pi case with a 7 inch touchscreen display. To make this easy-to-print case, first you'll need a solid model for the Raspberry Pi 2 or 3. You can then design an official 7 inch touchscreen display case that keeps the black bezel look and doesn't increase its size. To secure the back cover of your case, use four M3x6 or 8 screws. There is room inside to fit power cables. I plan to use this case as a kiosk display and NAS for my Kodi player. I have removed some areas at the back where I can attach velcro strips to mount a 2.5 inch HDD. Once done, I will post new pictures. To take it further, I intend to add a swivel base that allows tilting of the screen along with an integrated IR LED for powering on and off via remote control.
