I have a 200mm x 200mm buildplate and the original model is only 2-3mm too big to fit on it. I simply split the model to make it work with my build plate, making no other changes or modifications whatsoever. This post is for anyone who struggles with model editing like I do - I'm in the process of printing now. This is not my original design, just a modified version.
