Raspberry Pi 5 and Ice Tower Cooler CaseThe objective was to design a sturdy ventilated case that would suit the 52Pi Ice Tower Cooler. The wall thickness chosen in 2.5mm which allows sufficient depth for a recessed panel for the HDMI and USB sockets. Also the wall thickness allowed for a small reset button which sits in a small square guide recess.Printed in PLA 0.10mm to get good definition. If it is printed in transparent PLA it will be illuminated by the LED behind on the PCB.Similarly a small lens can be printed in transparent PLA and inserted into the 2x2 LED hole.Case printed in PLA at 0.2mm and without supports on a Prusa Mini+.4x M2.5mmx10mm female/male sockets which self tap into the pcb standoffs fixing the Pi in position.I used 4x M2.5 x 2mm washers to eliminate the screws bottoming out.The ICE Tower support brackets are then fixed to the sockets with 4x M2.5x6mm screws.4x 8x3mm High silicone self adhesive feet stop the case sliding around.I've included STEP files as well as STL to make it easier to modify if required.Hope the helps someone.
