Raspberry Pi 4B Housing (with 4010 and 6015 fans) Just another Raspberry Pi 4B housing. After looking around on Thingiverse, I did not find one that had a 6015 fan mount (as I had one of these fans lying around). Also since the RPi 4 is notorious for overheating, I threw in a 4010 fan in there as well. Doesn't hurt. The design for the slot pins to hold the 6015 fans are spec-ed for a Sunon fan. DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS: Print without supports Snap on lid Access hole for wires to GPIO header HARDWARE NEEDED: 4 x M2 x 5mm screws 4 x nylon washers INSTALLATION: Install the Raspberry Pi into the case. Screw in the 4 screws holding the RPi with the nylon washer between the screw and the board. Snap the 6015 fan into the lid or slide it in from the edge (clearance here is 60.08mm). Press the 4010 fan into the housing. Screws could be optional if your fan fits in tightly (the clearance here is designed at 40.08mm). NOTE: The design is dimensionally accurate. If you are not getting accurate parts, then your printer needs to be tuned and calibrated to print accurate parts. The design has been printed and checked for dimensional accuracy. Also the STL files are produced with high detail preservation (which is also why they are unfortunately huge in size). Also note that the photos are of the older Mk I design. Some slight visual improvements have been made and the current version is a Mk III.
