Mounting a Raspberry Pi 4B on 2020 Extrusion is a straightforward process designed to provide ample ventilation. When paired with small heatsinks on my 4B running OctoPi, I typically see temperatures remain under 60C even without a fan in place. Assemble the system using four M2.5x20 screws and four M2.5 nuts. You will need to drill out the screw holes as they are single-layered across, eliminating the need for support brackets.
