Raspberry Pi 40mm Noctua Fan Mount

My beloved Octopi was overheating and throttling rapidly due to its case having remarkably little airflow. Determined to find a solution, I began searching for a suitable fan in the parts bin, but unfortunately, no 5v fans or boost converters were available. In a moment of inspiration, I ordered a [Noctua cooling fan](http://amzn.to/2BqDafc) from Amazon and it came with some intriguing little silicone isolation feet. Feeling adventurous, I decided to print out one of these mounts after taking inspiration from Keshyden's innovative 40mm mount design. Edit: Upon further reflection, I realize that incorporating the standoffs into the fan mount would have been a more logical approach in hindsight. Fortunately, the 12mm standoffs should clear most heatsinks with ease.
