I have zero experience with creating 3D models (I know you can tell!) but I managed to knock together this very simple design to cover the GPIO header at the back of the Pi 400. Good enough to keep the dust out anyway! Hopefully it'll be useful for others too. Probably would look quite nice with some red PLA and match in but for functionality at least it works.
