This is a slight remix of the great Snap Fit Pi 4 Case by Bigjeffrey from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3726254, which itself is a remix from Malolo's outstanding Case design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3723561. Just added the Home Assistant logo as inspired by Cleansweep9's impressive work here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2316706. Added an experimental 40mm variant, utilizing the same bottom for consistency. Enhanced the 40mm version and subsequently introduced a slim model.
