Raspberry Pi 4 rack unit
thingiverse
I purchased five Raspberry Pi 4 models for a small Linux cluster test environment. To accommodate all five Pis within one rack unit, I rebuilt a 19-inch panel from scratch. I ordered a custom heatsink from Sertronics to ensure the Pis stay cool during operation. A USB-C angle adapter was also obtained from Berrybase to facilitate easy insertion and removal of the Pis. This allows for effortless insertion and extraction of the Pis. The print must be divided into two sections. For smaller printers, the longer left section needs to be printed diagonally to accommodate its size. Once assembled, the parts will simply hang within the panel. Some glue may be necessary to secure them in place.
