In this case, I printed with glow-in-the-dark blue PLA to create a unique look. I researched the potential carcinogenicity of ABS and found it to be a concern. The fumes from ABS during 3D printing also make my head feel nauseous. PETG is a safer alternative to PLA, making it my next best option for printing. Polycarbonate is strong but expensive, and it can absorb moisture. Nylon is also relatively tough but expensive, prone to absorbing moisture, and has stringing issues. It contains 75 mm x 75 mm and 100 mm x 100 mm mounting holes, allowing the case to be mounted on the back of PC monitors. After running YouTube for a while, I noticed how hot the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B becomes, even with heat sinks on the CPU, RAM, and Ethernet chips. This may be due to plastics being good insulators, contributing to heat buildup. Leaving the top off could help with proper ventilation and heat dissipation. M4 x 10 or M4 x 12 mm mounting screws should work for this case. To mount the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, use 2.5 x 6 screws; click here for more information: https://bit.ly/2YKcp1C
