Raspberry Pi 4 + Gert VGA 666 case

A custom enclosure for Raspberry Pi 4 paired with Gert VGA 666 addon is presented here. Inspiration was drawn from an excellent <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3723481">Raspberry Pi 4 case (40mm fan)</a>, previously utilized by the author. Two versions of the top component are available; one prints without bottom or top shells, leaving infill visible, and the other includes a fan grille for improved ventilation. For a solid bottom, print the standard version with both shells. Print settings used were: - 5 perimeter walls - Honeycomb infill at 30% density - No bottom or top shells These parameters can be adjusted to suit individual preferences. Prusaslicer default settings for PETG were employed otherwise. Four M3x25 panhead screws are required to secure the enclosure. It is recommended to tap the standoffs, but threading them with the screws may also be possible. Using shorter screws might be a good idea in this case. If excessive play is observed in the fan holder, electrical tape or similar strips can be applied along the fan's sides to rectify the issue. The author had to widen the holes in the VGA adapter slightly to accommodate the screws, as they were only 3 mm in diameter initially. No temperature benchmarks have been conducted, but a Raspberry Pi 4 running Lakka, which heavily taxes the Pi when emulating an N64, never throttles in this custom case with a 5V 40 mm fan operating at 3.3V.
