Raspberry Pi (4) Fan Mount
prusaprinters
This is a fan mounting bracket for the Raspberry Pi (4) for a 30 mm fan, that is designed with accessibility and minimalism in mind. The bracket mounts to the existing holes in the Raspberry Pi, while the fan is mounted by screwing into the plastic itself. With a 10 mm thick fan (3010 fan), the fan is mounted using 4x M3x12 bolts. The design of the fan mount allows for zip ties to tie the fan cable to the mount itself. The model can be printed without support, and using the following settings:0.4 mm width0.2 mm height3 walls4 top/bottom20 % infillNo support I would recommend using PETG or ABS as material because the Raspberry Pi can get a little hot (thus needing this fan cooling mount), but PLA might also be possible. Enjoy!
