Raspberry Pi 4 Case with Flexible Camera Arm

Raspberry Pi 4 Case with Flexible Camera Arm

thingiverse

This is a remix of two items found here on Thingiverse. First, I used the Raspberry Pi 4 case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3714695) and added the flexible arm from Raspberry Pi camera mount (for Anet A8) (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4459360). The project's goal was to make a Pi case that could sit on a small ledge next to a terrarium with a camera for monitoring. Given space restrictions, the Pi needed to sit on its edge. I also modified the case a bit so that M3-0.5 nuts could be used to secure the cover in place. (I was not sure how often the cover was going to need to be removed, and I was afraid of stripping out the plastic.) To complete the project, you will need 4x M3-0.5x18 bolts 4x M3-0.5 nuts I also used 4x M3-05.6 bolts to hold the Pi into the case, but I think other screws could be used. I enjoyed mashing these two designs together, and I hope this is a useful project for someone else too.
