Raspberry Pi 4 Case with 40mm Fan Slot
thingiverse
This is a redesign of a redesign to allow for a 40mm Noctua fan to be mounted. This case is meant to have a LED relay module installed inside of it. I filled in the side walls to be solid because on the original the slots would break off in the print process. I also modified the lid because the lid from the original model didnt snap on entirely. Finally I added a hole on the bottom end of the case for the LED wired to pass into for the relay module. Redesigning all the geometry, I modified the "Top" case to have a much larger internal volume. I used the version which is compatible with the Prusa Light Bar (link below). I installed the light-bar to be controlled via relay and my Pi, so I added some space internal to case to house this relay. [Relay is an Adafruit P4409, link also below]. This case version can also support an internal fan as well as heat sink, which is how I have my Pi configured. https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/3267-led-light-bar-prusa-i3-mk2mk3 https://www.adafruit.com/product/4409
