thingiverse
PiMesh4 is a Raspberry Pi 4 case featuring a geometric mesh design that prints effortlessly. This case boasts a largely tool-free assembly with a secure friction fit. Two versions of the model are available - one completely toolless, and another that utilizes a single M2 countersunk screw measuring 10-16mm in length (recommended). Designed specifically for 3D printing, this case requires no supports and uses only 25 grams of filament. To assemble the PiMesh4 case: 1. Begin by inserting the Raspberry Pi 4, starting with the corner that houses the Ethernet port. Then, position the Pi PCB into the remaining posts. 2. Next, secure the lid, beginning with the side nearest the Ethernet port. 3. Finally, install an M2 countersunk screw measuring 10-16mm in length on the underside. Update: A new version of each model (tool-less and M2 screw versions) has been added, providing access to the micro SD card.
