As a safer alternative, I turned to PETG, which ranks second after PLA in terms of safety. While polycarbonate is incredibly durable, its high cost deters many users. Nylon, though relatively tough, comes with a hefty price tag and has the added drawback of absorbing moisture, leading to an increased risk of stringing during prints.
