I wanted to use a GPIO-connected 480x320 touch display that I purchased a few years ago for a project but the case it came with doesn't fit a Pi 4 (and it didn't have any vents), so I whipped up my own using the mechanical drawing of the board from raspberrypi.org. It's not pretty but it seems to work. The display connects to the GPIO right through the lid with the rectangular hole. The lid snaps into place and is easy to remove.
