Raspberry Pi 4 Case Inspired by EVGA DG-77 PC Case Using the RPI HSF available from Amazon at https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07V35V1CH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, I've created a unique case design inspired by my EVGA DG-77 PC case. The HSF comes with a perspex cutout as a base for the Pi, which I've repurposed as a case window. Note that other HSFs from the same supplier should fit perfectly. This Raspberry Pi 4 case is designed for headless use, so the USB-C ports are discreetly hidden. All parts were printed on my Ender 3 Pro in PLA. The "white-case" and "black-grill" models were printed at 0.16mm, while the other components can be printed at 0.2mm. The thin fins on top of the "white-case" model provide a sleek appearance but require patience to detach from the print bed once cooled down to room temperature. Be cautious not to expose it to heat during cleanup, as it may warp easily. To secure the black-grill and rpi-backing components, use adhesive for a snug fit. The top slots onto the base without any additional fastening, but I've found no issues with stability near my router. I matched the colors of this Raspberry Pi 4 case to my PC setup, but feel free to experiment with different designs - share your print in the "makes" section and inspire others!
