Raspberry Pi 4 case (Custom fan + cam cutout)
thingiverse
This is a custom modification of John_Sinclair's case, tailored to accommodate an old laptop fan I had on hand. The fan itself lacked a cylindrical frame (only the blades were present, as seen in the attached picture), so I added one with a 47 mm inner diameter to match the case. The fan was securely glued from the outside to ensure it stayed in place. While this modified case may be too specialized for general use with any fan, the accompanying SolidPython/OpenScad source files provide an easy way to adjust the dimensions to suit your needs. The only changes I made were to the upper section of the original design; the lower part remained unchanged. Similar to the original version, this custom modification was printed without a top or bottom layer to showcase the visible infill. Since Honeycomb infill wasn't available in my Cura settings, triangle infill was used instead.
