Raspberry Pi 4 Case + Camera Ribbon Cutout - 40x40x20mm Fan

I'm remixing John_Sinclair's design for a Raspberry Pi 4 case with two major modifications: I had to accommodate an oversized 40mm fan as a cooler and create a slot for passing a ribbon camera cable through. The fan is somewhat loose, but a small dab of glue or filament will secure it in place. The snap fits around the USB ports and ethernet jack are also slightly weak and require additional reinforcement. The design isn't very efficient - lots of support material is required. I need to remember that 20mm is equivalent to 2cm, which is actually quite thick considering the grand scheme of things.
