Raspberry Pi 4 Case - 40mm Fan

Borrowed completely from [219Design's excellent original](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4103385 "Snapfit Raspberry Pi 4B Case"), with significant modifications: **Lid** Countersunk screw holes and grate added for a 40x10mm fan installation. **Bottom Shell** Increased side wall thickness to approximately 3mm. Base height/clearance increased by 2mm. USB-C power port recessed for better fit with revised shell thickness. Additional vent holes opposite the original side vent were added. Recessed mount holes and retainer nibs on bottom removed. Board mounts adjusted to prevent damage from securement. Original intent was to add support for a 40mm fan, but I wasn't pleased with the clip-in mount and lacked confidence in replicating it. When printing the base, the shell seemed flimsy, although this could be attributed to my printer rather than design. Thickening the walls resolved this issue. The board securing nibs appeared too tight and forcing them in risked damaging the circuit board. To avoid this, I removed them; recessed mount holes were also unnecessary, so they were eliminated along with the "219" logo on the case end to expedite printing. If retaining the logo is desirable, let me know and I'll re-add it and re-upload.
