Raspberry Pi 4 B case
thingiverse
In seeking out the best RPi4B cases, I discovered some truly impressive options. However, my goal was to design a case that seamlessly accommodated both 30mm and 40mm fans. A 40x40x10 fan fits effortlessly within the available space, leaving a few mm of clearance for optimal airflow. That being said, I omitted a dedicated area for accessory ribbons to exit, as none of my current projects require such cables. The fan mounting holes necessitate M3 bolts, which I specified as button head ones measuring 11-13 mm in length to securely thread into the top mount holes. Please note that I aimed to maintain a clean design, so do not exceed 13mm in thread length to avoid any obstructions. The case itself is secured using M2.5 hex cap heads, approximately 5mm in length, which provide a flush fit on the bottom for optimal placement of rubber feet.
