Made this for myself because I couldn't find anything that had what I needed and no one likes to share cad files. I have included the cad file with this one, change what you like. This was designed in fusion 360.

This holds a raspberry pi 4 and a dc/dc converter. This is the converter I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078XQ5MWR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 seems to be of higher quality that most on the market.

The switch is a small rocker from digikey https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/zf-electronics/PRK22J5DBBNN/CH865-ND/1083858 if you order them from amazon you will probably get the wrong size. Happened to me twice.

The power connector is something I had around, I'm sure you can find them from the usual sources.

The lid isn't as tight as I would like, I will probably add some hardware spots in the next version. This uploaded version has the DC/DC converter moved away from the switch and plug by 5mm because it was too close (you can see it in the pics). I used two m3x16 socket cap bolts with nuts to secure the top to the frame, and a m3x8 to secure the bottom. A m3x10 (its what the m3x16 replace) could probably be used, might need a washer.

Print instructions

PETG used for my print. Lid doesn't need any supports if you flip it outside down. For the case use a support enforcer for all the square holes (rPi holes), rest will print fine.
