Raspberry Pi 4 2U rack-mount for 12 Raspberry or for 8 (with Samsung T5)

I added coolers and latches to trays. I also created a mount for Samsung T5 drives for these same trays. This server can be used with 12 Raspberry or 8 Raspberry and 8 Samsung T5 as I utilize them.
