Raspberry Pi 4 1U Rackmount With 40mm Fan
thingiverse
This is a case I made for my Pi-hole. I wanted to put it on the left side of my rack but needed space to plug in the power cable. So, I extended the case and added a place for a fan. Case redirects the flow over the heatsinks with a hole in the back. It's not the most efficient use of a fan, but it looks good. Designed to print semi-fast and use little filament. No supports are needed. 7 M3 screws are needed to mount the Pi and hold the case together. Holes go all the way through so you can use any length. Fan is a Noctua NF-A4x10 5V. https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-Cooling-Bearing-NF-A4X10-FLX-5V/dp/B00NEMGCIA Any 5V 40mm fan should work. Yes, the fan cable is spliced from a PC power switch.
