Raspberry Pi 3B+ Octoprint Case Remix for 40mm Fan, Hood Scoop, and Tabless Option

On the base I removed the mounting tabs. On the top I removed the IO slot and added holes for a 40mm fan. I created a "hood scoop" that can be magnetically mounted to the 40mm fan screws.
