Raspberry Pi 3B+ heatsink and fan case

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3001109 Raspberry Pi 3B+ Heatsink Case for Prusa mk3 with addition of possibility to mount fan to case, to use it with Raspberry Pi 3B with heatsinks on SoC and memory chips. Also extended mounting holes to use it with M2.5 screws. From original, possibility to have access to GPIO, camera headers and memory stick. To mount fan to case use M3x12mm screws and nuts. Place nuts inside the fan (if there is available such corresponding recess) and tighten the bolts from the inside the case. To mount whole case use M2.5x6mm screws minimum (I used this, because do not have longer now) but better to use longer. Also, I added Solidworks source files, so you can use it to make your modifications. But I made mine from STL, so there may be nuances in that places where I did no modifications.
