This lid modification enhances the original design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1934900 by incorporating a slot for the Raspberry Pi 3B+ POE hat pins and accommodating the heatsink on the ethernet/USB controller chip. Please note that since the Canakit ethernet/USB controller heatsink does not protrude above the case, an opening is technically unnecessary.
