Raspberry Pi 3b+ (3b plus) sleeve cover one-piece

I'm absolutely blown away by Walter's sleek one-piece design for the rpi3, it truly is a work of art. Unfortunately, I discovered that the cover doesn't quite fit the rpi3b+, due to its slightly thicker PCB. If you try to force it on, the cover will buckle upwards and won't sit flush at the ports, as you can see in picture #2. To fix this issue, I simply added 0.6mm thickness to the design and now the rpi3b+ fits like a glove. It's a minor tweak that gives all the credit back to Walter's original brilliant design.
