Raspberry PI 35 mm fan mount - no enclosure

Simple, hopefully effective fan mount for my Pi3 that recently started overheating unexpectedly while doing nothing at all. A 35mm fan was chosen because I have extras from my printer build. The outer holes should allow 2.5mm screws to mount the pi down securely; mine is mounted on the back of a touch screen. The holes in the middle are undersized to allow a 3mm screw to tap into place. I will be testing this out within the next day or so.
