I couldn't find a minimal screwless frame for my Raspberry Pi 3, so I designed and created one from scratch. The frame features pins that are slightly wider at the top to securely hold the Raspberry Pi in place. After testing on my own prints, I can confirm this design holds well - you may want to verify this on your own prints to ensure a secure fit. A subtle dip under the SD card holder is precisely 0.4mm thick; given my print settings of 0.2mm layer height or less, this resulted in at least two solid layers. The entire printing process took approximately 25 minutes to complete.
