Raspberry Pi 3 & PiTFT 3.5" Rack Mountable Enclosure
prusaprinters
This is a rack mountable enclosure for a Raspberry Pi 3 and the Adafruit PiTFT 3.5" screen. It consists of two parts that can be joined by just about any length of M4 screw. The holes on the bottom plate should be just small enough that you can easily thread them. There are also holes for the mounting points on the Raspberry Pi. You will also need to remove the mounting tabs from your PiTFT screen in order to have it fit. There are vents on the top and the side (above the SD card) for passive cooling. I also included mounting points for a 25x25mm fan to be attached to the back of the case.I unfortunately did not have a Pi4 to design around, so please feel free to remix the model to accommodate one. The Fusion 360 model should contain all of necessary sketches to easily make changes. Additionally, if you find that the Ethernet/USB Ports are too close to your rack, I left a spot in the sketch for the top plate to easily be extended.I designed this so I could see the stats from PADD for the Pi-hole on my network, but I would love to see what other people may use it for.
