I really loved the Koopa design, but I didn't have a dual extruder 3D printer, so I made some adjustments to make it easier to print just the bottom and top parts separately. Then you can paint the black parts with spray or sharpie. Also, you can print the top and lid at the same time. Print Settings Printer: Prusa Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.4mm Infill: 15% Notes: I used a small RAFT on the bottom part because I used ABS to prevent warping, and I added support to the little flange of the lid. I set up the settings with two vertical shells, two horizontal shells at the bottom of both pieces, and just one for the top since this end will be inside the case and it doesn't matter if it's not perfect. Post-Printing Just remove the RAFT (if used) from the bottom part and the little column in the hole for the memory. Then use a cutter to separate the support and the lid from the rest of the top part. How I Designed This I remixed the Koopa design using Thinkercad.
