Raspberry Pi 3 Hybrid Slim Case
thingiverse
This is a case for Raspberry Pi 3. Thanks go out to anyone who leaves a LIKE, and a small Tip is greatly appreciated. I am fascinated by the compact size of the raspberry pi, so I wanted to keep this case as small as possible. I also aimed to ensure that the GPIO's, flat cable connections, and all ports are easily accessible. In addition, I wanted to offer various mounting options. A flat bottom surface allows you to simply use double-sided tape for easy installation. Mounting holes in the bottom enable you to screw the case into place. And on top, you'll find "Quick mounting" devices that make it simple to install and remove the raspberry pi without using any tools. You can use them, but they are not required. To design this case, I used a 3D model of the raspberry pi itself, which ensures a perfect fit. Please note: Each printer has its own tolerances, so print quality may vary from machine to machine. If needed, you can slightly rework the print with some sandpaper on the following sections: The 4 push pins should fit tightly, but if too much force is required, please use sandpaper to adjust. The wall mounts should also fit tightly, but if too much force is needed, please use sandpaper to rework them. Print recommendation: I recommend using a high infill percentage (>80%). A layer height of 0.1mm to 0.15mm is also recommended, and supports are not required.
