The main goal was to create a compact PI 3 case that packs in several essential features, including: a minimal footprint extremely compact dimensions maximum protection against dust, electrical static discharge, and physical impacts easy installation and removal of components space for CPU, RAM, and GPU heatsink natural ventilation for cooling quick access to connectors GPIO accessible for lead connections or small-footprint 40PIN IDC. To achieve this design, I used the following print settings: Printer: WITBOX Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None needed Resolution: 0.2mm is sufficient Infill: A density of 20% is more than enough. Post-processing was not required as the design turned out perfectly. I designed this case using Designspark Mechanical.
