Raspberry Pi 3 Case Deep (Remix)
thingiverse
This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2205034 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1043432. This case is designed for a Raspberry Pi3, with clearance issues resolved after printing the original and fitting a 40x40x10 fan next to the Poe pins and the ribbon for the pi camera. I redesigned in TinkerCad to make the top of the case deeper, providing more clearance. I also added a slot above the ethernet port to feed the ribbon cable out of for the camera. You will need 3x M4 nuts and bolts for the case, 4x M3 nuts and bolts for the fan, and 4x M2 nuts and bolts for the pi. I filed out the pi mount holes on the case a little and used 4x Pi Mounting Pins from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2572048. The nuts can be heated up with a soldering iron and pressed into the hex hole for mounting, as the holes are slightly smaller than the nut in the design. I'm aware that the parts appear to be two different colors; I ran out of natural colored filament, but my intention was to allow the fan's glow to shine through the case.
