Raspberry Pi 3 B+ Retro ZX Spectrum+ Case

Here is my Raspberry Pi 3 B+ case, inspired by the legendary design of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum+. I deliberately maintained the classic aspect ratio of the Spectrum+, which resulted in a wider case than the Pi itself. Four M2.5 screws securely hold the Pi to its base, while the top attaches with a satisfying click that echoes the build quality of the beloved Spectrum+. With ample space for a heatsink and two slatted sides allowing for airflow, the Pi is designed to run cool and efficiently. To accommodate different printing styles, I created two versions of the top: one prints flat, while the other features integrated supports printed at a 45-degree angle. The supports are connected by a 0.4mm-wide spar that can be easily snapped off with a craft knife in under a minute, leaving a tidy finish. The 45-degree print produces a superior surface texture due to the way layer lines intersect. The photos showcase the case printed in Paramount Matte Black PLA using a 0.1mm layer height. My model of the Pi 3 B+ is also prominently displayed within the case.
