Raspberry Pi 3(2) OctoPi Case for Prusa i3 MK3 with Cam-Cable-Spool
thingiverse
After some prototypes, I've decided to design a new case for my Prusa MK3's Raspberry OctoPi with an integrated cable spool for the flatcable of the Pi camera. This can be plugged into the 3030 extrusion left beside the display case of the MK3. You'll need a 75-100cm Raspberry Pi flatcable for the spool. The cam mount is modified with a new cover and cable duct. The shaft is now prepared to hold a nut, and the cable holder is modified to guide the cable better. I've used the hackoholic case as my base case, along with his cam mount design. Update 30.03.2018 I've added an alternative version that mounts the Pi on the right front side of the MK3. The objects are mirrored and modified, but not printed or tested yet! I'd appreciate any feedback you can provide.
