Raspberry Pi 2 Simple Enclosure
thingiverse
A straightforward Raspberry Pi 2/3 Enclosure. It features four screws with countersinks in the bottom plate, which is as uncomplicated a design as you can get for a full Pi enclosure. Screws should be M2.5 to match the mounting holes on the board, or #2's will work just fine too. Parts have been printed and test fitted against multiple Pi 2 boards. Recommended print settings with PLA are: .2mm layer height, 100% infill, no raft, and no supports. If your printer is well-calibrated, you won't need supports for the short overhangs. The part is designed to lose 1-3 layers and still fit perfectly. The original 3D modeling source file is provided so feel free to adapt it to suit your needs.
