9/8/2017 Update: Design Upgrade for Tighter Fit To suit my electronics case project, I created a revised mount design with a narrower hole spacing. The new dimensions accommodate an 88x72mm case, down from the standard 100mm. As I worked on this version, I discovered some minor flaws in the initial design that needed fixing. Firstly, the plastic mounts for the Raspberry Pi were slightly too small and prone to breaking easily. I made the necessary adjustments by increasing their thickness from 2mm to 2.5mm. The modified mount file is called MonitorMountBottom_88x72Mnt_rev9.stl, based on my design adaptation of the popular Raspberry Pi Case found on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:692568). This new design enables seamless attachment to the rear of an Acer V193W monitor. For assembly and securing, I employed a set of socket screws as follows: * Four M4x16mm screws securely attach the mount to the monitor. * Four M3x16mm screws join the top and bottom case components together. * Additional support is provided by four M3 Jam nuts. A vital accessory used in this build was an HDMI Male to VGA Female Video Converter Adapter Cable, sourced from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C0Y6BQG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
