Raspberry Pi 2 B+ Octopi / Octoprint Case

This case is designed for the Raspberry Pi 2 B+ to be used with the Wanhao i3 Duplicator v2.\nThe case combines features of two other cases available on Thingiverse, making it a unique mashup. I initially considered using walter's sleek case secured with 3M sticky strips or jimbojsb's design mounting my pi to the control box of my Wanhao. Instead, I chose to combine elements of both cases. Hopefully, this will benefit others.
