Raspberry Pi 2/B+ case for Lulzbot Mini(Angle Adjusted)
thingiverse
This is an angle-adjusted version of the Raspberry Pi 2/B+ case for Lulzbot Mini created by arijaycomet. The adjustment allows the case to mount level to the frame of the printer. I've included 0110-M-P's original top STL file here for convenience, though the bottom piece is the only one that has changed. See 0110-M-P's original case for the source STP files. The following hardware was used to assemble the case: 2x - Phillips pan head sheet metal screws, #4 x 1/4", made of stainless steel 18-8. They are available at boltdepot.com (product ID 5435). 3x - Phillips pan head sheet metal screws, #4 x 3/4", made of stainless steel 18-8. They are available at boltdepot.com (product ID 2298). The following hardware was used to mount the case to the printer: 2x - M3 size, 8 mm length, .5 mm pitch, button-head socket cap screws made of 18-8 stainless steel. McMaster-Carr sells them under part number 92095A181. WARNING: Do not use a screw longer than 8mm or you risk damaging the wiring harness that runs up the z-axis to the extruder. 2x - M3x0.5 thread size, 5.5mm wide, 4mm high type 18-8 stainless steel nylon-insert locknuts. McMaster-Carr sells them under part number 93625A100.
