Raspberry pi 2.8in screen Stand
thingiverse
I designed and built a custom enclosure for my Raspberry Pi, which includes a screen, a mini breadboard platform, and a 40mm fan for cooling. The design uses single-pin extender cables to connect the screen away from the GPIO pins, with pass-through connections if needed. This setup allows me to use up all of my I/O ports. Later versions will be optimized to reduce support material, but currently, there's still a lot of work required due to the use of waterlogged PLA filament. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Any Infill: Depends Notes: The print has some curved sections, but overall it turned out well despite my settings. I used a decent amount of infill to ensure stability and printed the enclosure fan-port down to minimize material usage.
