This contains the redesigned file from thing:899284\r\nCrew mount holes are too big, originally 6mm in diameter.\r\nRedesigned the component and reduced hole diameters.\r\nSmall holes now have a diameter of 2.5mm.\r\nCooler mountscrew holes are now 4.5mm in diameter.\r\nThe mountplate has been leveled up using 20mm standoffs for better stability.\r\nThis design leaves plenty of room for upgrading to a larger cooling component later on.\r\nUsing this hardware, the cooling fan can be mounted underneath the plate as well.\r\nHowever, in this configuration, the fan blades would scratch the opening, so add washers 0.6-1mm thick to prevent damage.\r\nThe required washer thickness depends on the specific fan model being used.\r\nFormerly used small blue finned heatsinks as VGA graphics card RAM coolers.\r\nHexagonal shaped bolts obstruct the pin connector.\r\nTo connect the 40pin cable header, insert two screws 3mm in diameter next to the pins down to the Pi pcb mountplate.
